How did I get into photography?

My Inspiration

My father is one of my biggest inspirations. At school, he would take pictures and put them together for our school yearbook. I always felt so cool when he would hand me the camera. I would pretend to be him and take pictures of whatever was in front of me and delete it right away so he wouldn’t find out I was playing around. Watching people reminisce and laugh over the memories my dad captured never failed to give me a sense of pride.

I took up photography/videography because I believe we should be able to cherish and share special moments in time as long as we can. For one, it tells a story and it preserves that moment forever.

As a photographer/videographer, I want to capture moments that gives the viewer a sense of joy and helps them relive a special moment!

BISHOP O’DOWD VARSITY VOLLEYBALL INTRODUCTION VIDEO

This video is my most recent solo production. Client wanted a hype video to use for their Girls Varsity Volleyball Team Introduction video. Video needed to be under a minute and a half duration, I shot two full Varsity matches and they gave me two hours before practice to shoot what I call “Hero Shots.” I am very proud of this video. When we premiered it for the team and their families exclusively, they wanted to keep watching it over and over again.

CRYSTAL FOOTBALL HOMECOMING VIDEO

I recorded this video for a school I used to work for. The student government team in charge of events leading up to their homecoming reached out to me to shoot a hype video to advertise their Homecoming Football game. They gave me one game to video and a three day turn around. Overall, given the circumstances, I am proud of this video. The kids love it and hope I can do more videos for other sports on campus.

For these, you kind of had to be there for it
